This gives us a chance to get to know you a little better, answer any questions and arrange an interview at our office on Belgrave Road, Torquay.

Step 3. Meet the Team

During your interview, we will spend time discussing:

  • Your availability and preferred working hours
  • Driving requirements
  • Areas you can cover

This is also your opportunity to learn more about MD Group and ask us questions.

If we both feel the role is the right fit, we will send you an offer letter by email.

Step 5. Confirm You Would Like to Join the Team

Once you have reviewed your offer, simply confirm that you would like to accept the position.

We will then begin preparing everything ready for your first shifts.

Step 6. Get Set Up and Ready to Go

Once you join MD Group, we will add you to our team app, which gives you access to your rota and upcoming work schedule.

Training and support will be provided where needed, and our team will help you settle in.

A Simple Process That Usually Takes Around Two Weeks

From application through to joining the team, the process usually takes around two weeks, although sometimes we can move even quicker depending on availability.
